ORDINANCE NO. 83 -87
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A REVISION
TO THE PROSECUTING ATTORNEY'S REVOLVING ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, there is estabished a Prosecuting Attorney's Revolving
Account for immediate payment of any service or information
connected with evidence relating to court cases, and
WHEREAS, higher costs and increased use of this account have
created a balance lower than is functional and it is the
request of the Prosecuting Attorney to increase this account to
meet the demands placed upon it, and
WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in the Current Expense Fund
unbudgeted balance to allow for a revision;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the Prosecuting Attorney's
Revolving Account is hereby increased from the sum of $1,000 to
the sum of $1,500. The County Treasurer is hereby directed to
draw a check in the amount of Five - hundred Dollars ($500)
payable to the Prosecuting Attorney's Revolving Account and the
Prosecuting Attorney shall deposit the check to the same
account.
