ORDINANCE NO. 83 -75
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AN INCREASE
IN FUNDS TO THE CENTRAL STORES REVOLVING FUND --
STATE CONTROLLED AREA NETWORK (SCAN)
WHEREAS, Ordinance no. 79 -33 was passed on August 16, 1979, to
establish the Central Stores Revolving Fund -- State Controlled
Area Network (SCAN) to allow for timely payments of the SCAN
and WATS telephone billings, and
WHEREAS, the cost of SCAN and WATS telephone service has
increased since the revolving fund was established, and
it is the request of the County Auditor to increase the base
level of this account to allow for continued timely payment,
and
WHEREAS, there exists in the Current Expense Cash Balance
sufficient money to allow for this transfer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the Treasurer is hereby ordered
to issue a check from 301 Current Expense Cash Balance in the
amount of Two- Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) payable to the
Central Stores Revolving Account - State Controlled Area
Network (SCAN).
