AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A REVISED BUDGET
TO THE 1983 FEDERAL. SHARED REVENUE FUND
FOR JUVENILE DETENTION FACILITIES
WHEREAS, the need for a new juvenile detention, court, and
administrative facility has been established,, and
WHEREAS, necessary information must be compiled regarding
available and suitable sites, plans, schematic drawings, and
cost estimates; and the feasibility of renovation of the sixth
floor of the courthouse for a juvenile facilftyy, and
WHEREAS, there are unencumbered funds that will allow for a
revised budget to cover the initial professional costs
necessary to proceed with a juvenile facility project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the following revised buget to
the 1983 Federal Shared Revenue Fund is hereby approved:
0199 -0034 FEDERAL SHARED REVENUE FUND
REVENUE:
301 Beginning Unencumbered Fund Balance ($15,000.)
EXPEDITURE:
527 -60 -31 Professional Services $15,000.
