,ORDINANCE NO. 83 -65
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A REVISED BUDGET
FOR THE 1983 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
MEDICAL EXAMINER BUDGET, THEREIN
WHEREAS, the adopted 1983 Medical Examiner Budget contains a
clerical error in the omission of the rental line item that was
to have been included, and
WHEREAS, it has now come to the attention of the Medical
Examiner's Department that there is no provision for said line
item to allow for the use of office equipment and space, and
unencumbered Current Expense funds do exist for a revised
budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the following revised budget to
the 1983 Current Expense Fund, Medical Examiner Budget therein,
is hereby approved as follows:
REVENUE:
501 Ending Fund Balance ($1,039.)
EXPENDITURE:
0000 -0011 Medical Examiner
563 -10 -39 Rentals $1,039.
