AN ORDINANCE AMIINDINr ORDINANCE
NO. 82 -95 FOR THE PURPOSE OF COR-
RECTING THE LEVY AMOUNTS FOR THE
CURRENT EXPENSE .FUND, MENTAL HEALTH,
DEVELOPMENTAL, DISABILITIES, ELECTION
RESERVE, RIVER IMPROVEMENT AND .
SOLDIER'S RELIEF FUNDS IN THE 19F3
ORDER OF LEVY
WIiEREAS, Ordinance 82 -95 was enacted by the County Council
,and authorized the levy of taxes for County and State our.00ses for
the year 1983; and,
WHEREAS, said Ordinance set forth the levy rates and the
levy amounts for various funds; and,
WHEREAS, the levy amounts for certain funds were set
forth incorrectly; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Ordinance 82 -95 in order
to correct the levy fund amounts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED as follows:
(a) The Treasurer is instructed to transfer $938.75 from
the Current Expense Fund to the hereinafter -named .funds as follows:

0104 -0441 Mental Health Fund $278.02
0105 -0445 Developmental Disabilities Fund 278.02
0109 -0004 Election Reserve Fund 140.70

(b) The levy amounts set forth in Ordinance 82 -95 are
hereby amended in accordance with the foregoing transfer.
