ORDINANCE NO. 83 -53 (p'
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A REVISION
TO THE 1983 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
ADVANCED EXPENDITURE BUDGET THEREIN
WHEREAS,: the anticipated budgeted level of expenditures has
exceeded the 1983 adopted budget for the Current Expense Fund's
Advanced Expenditure Budget, and
WHEREAS, there will continue to be a need to make expenditures
from this budget. in advance payment of legal advertising costs
which are reimbursed at a later time and deposited into Current
Expense miscellaneous revenue, and
WHEREAS, there is unbudgeted money in the ending fund balance
of the Current Expense Fund which will allow for a budget
revision;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the following Revised Budget is
hereby approved for the 1983 Current Expense Fund, Advanced
Expenditure Budget therein:
0000 -0001 Advanced Expenditure Budget
501 Ending Fund Balance ($1,500.)
519 -70 -34 Advertising $1,500.
