ORDINANCE NO. 83 -49
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING
A REVISED BUDGET FOR CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
1983 SHERIFF BUDGET THEREIN
WHEREAS, certain surplus motorcycles have been sold generating
monies for the Sheriff Department, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the County Executive to purchase a
new motorcylee with these funds and a revised budget must be
approved to incorporate said monies and allow for expenditure;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the Current Expense Fund,
Sheriff Budget of 1983, is hereby revised as follows:
REVENUE: 0000 -0000 Current Expense
369 -10 Sale of Junk /Salvage $4,953.25
EXPENDITURE: 0000 -0022 Sheriff
521 -22 -64 Machinery A Equipment $4,953.25
