ORDINANCE NO. 83 -40
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A REVISED BUDGET
FOR THE CURRENT EXPENSE FUND OF 1983
PUBLIC DEFENSE BUDGET TIHEREIN
WHEREAS, expenditures for Professional Services by the Public
Defense Office have exceeded their anticipated and budgeted
level, and
WHEREAS, expenditures for Professional Services will continue
to be a part of the Public Defense Office in the performance of.
mandated services to indigent clients, and
WHEREAS, there is unbudgeted revenue within the Ending Fund
Balance for Current Expense to allow for a revised budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the following Revised Budget for
the Current Expense Fund of 1983, Public Defense Budget therein
is approved:
