ORDINANCE NO. 83 -39
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A REVISED BUDGET
FOR THE 1983 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
ASSIGNED COUNSEL BUDGET THEREIN
WHEREAS, expenditures within the Assigned Counsel Budget for
Professional Services of Attorneys is exceeding the budgeted
level for 1983, and
WHEREAS, this service is mandated by law and will continue on a
regular basis throughout the year, and
WHEREAS, there is unbudgeted money in the Current Expense Fund
'to allow for additional appropriation to this expenditure;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED a revised budget to the Current
Expense Fund of 1983, Assigned Counsel Budget therein, is
hereby approved as follows:
