ORDINANCE NO. 83 -26
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A 1983 BUDGET FOR
1982 NORTHWEST WASHINGTON FAIR CONSTRUCTION
FUND
WHEREAS, Whatcom County Ordinance N. 82 -85 authorized the
saleof limited tax general obligation bonds for the purpose of acquiring,
constructing and installing an Exposition Building at the site for the
Northwest Washington County Fair; and,'
WHEREAS,1eaid Ordinance created a special fund to be known
as the 1982 Fair Construction Fund to receive a portion of the proceeds of
the bond issue; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to adopt.a budget., appropriating
the proceeds of said fund, in accordance with the terms of the aforesaid
ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the proceeds received from.
the limited tax general
obligation bond issue for the 1982 Fair Construction
Fund be appropriated as
follows:
