AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A BUDGET
FOR THE.REAL ESTATE EXCISE TAX
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Council approved Ordinance No. 83 -18
dated March 17, 1983, establishing a Real Estate Excise Tax
Capital Improvement Fund, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish a budget providing for
the-revenue and expenditure transactions of 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the following budget is hereby
approved for the Real Estate Excise Tax Capital Improvement
Fund of 1983:
