AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A 1983 BUDGET FOR

THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, 1982 ROAD
CONSTRUCTION FUND

WHEREAS,
Whatcom County Ordinance No. 82 -85 authorized
7
the sale of limited
tax general obligation bonds for the purpose
8
of funding the repair and replacement of County roads; and,
9
WHEREAS,
said Ordinance created a special fund to be
10
known as the 1982 Road Construction Fund to receive a portion of
11
the proceeds of the
bond issue; and,
12
WHEREAS,
it is necessary to adopt a budget, appropriat-
13
ing the proceeds of
said fund,in accordance with the terms of the
14
aforesaid Ordinance;
15
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the proceeds receive
16
from the limited tax
general obligation bond issue for the 1982
17
Road Construction Fund be appropriated as follows:
