AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING
A FEE SCHEDULE
FOR THE WHATCOM COQVTT TAEASUR94
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 36.18, at al, A.C.W. 36.32.120 provides that
the County Commissioners shall determine the amount of
licenses, fees, and permits to be paid for servioea'per,tgrood
by the County, and
WHERES, Whatoom County Home Rule Charter, Section 2.20, gives
the County Council the power to establigo'0appropriate revsnuoR
for the county, an4
WHEREAS, a fee schedule has not been established for the County
Treasurer's Office but is deemod necessary in order for Yhatoon
County to recover extra costs of provi4in4 said services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BR IT ORDAINED that the folXoping too schedulo .
is hereby adopted:
