WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Superior Court is incurring expenditures that
exceed the currently authorized appropriation; and
WHEREAS, these expenditures result directly from the unanticipated extra-
ordinary costs related to an extended Superior Court Jury trial; and
WHEREAS, Ending Fund Balance is available for emergencies;
NOW THEREFORE LET IT BE ORDAINED, that the 1984 Current Expense Fund, Superior
Court Budget therein is revised as follows:
