ORDINANCE NO. 84 -118
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET FOR
ROAD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 (BIRCH BAY.LIGHTING)
.1984 BUDGET
WHEREAS, utility costs are significantly higher than.the amount
budgeted for 1984; and
WHEREAS, Beginning Fund Balance is also significantly higher than the
amount budgeted for 1984;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the excess Beginning Fund Balance
be appropriated for expenditure on utilities, as follows:
