ORDINANCE NO. 84 -117
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET FOR
THE RIVER IMPROVEMENT FUND 1984 BUDGET
WHEREAS, total costs for river improvement projects are expected to be
higher than.the amount budgeted for 1984; and
WHEREAS, property owners are charged 30% of the cost of river improve-
ment projects, and therefore there will be additional revenues as well as addi-
tional costs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the additional revenues be
appropriated for expenditure on river improvement projects as follows:
