ORDINANCE NO. 84 -112
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A REVISED BUDGET FOR
THE CURRENT EXPENSE FUND 1984 BUDGET FOR THE
PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FOR INTERFUND CONTRIBU-
TION TO THE BUILDING MAINTENANCE FUND
WHEREAS, the delay in the completion of the Public Safety Building has
reduced the revenues paid to the Bu ilding Maintenance Fund as reimbursement for
services it performs on behalf of the Public Safety Building; and
WHEREAS, the Building Maintenance Fund has incurred costs for a number
of general Courthouse remodeling and improvement projects, and these costs are
not subject to reimbursement from any particular County department or fund; and
WHEREAS, the Building Maintenance Fund requires additional revenues due
to the reduction in fees paid on behalf of the Public Safety Building and due to
the necessary, general non - reimbursable costs; and
WHEREAS, the Current Expense Fund has unexpended and unencumbered funds
available to supplement the Building Maintenance Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Current Expense Fund Jail 1984
expenditure budget and the Current Expense Fund ending fund balance be reduced
as follows, and that the Current Expense Fund Non - Departmental 1984 expenditure
budget be increased as follows:
