iHEREAS, Whatcom County has incurred costs eligible for state funding for DWI
Lmpacts; and
dHEREAS, the State Office of Financial Management has awarded Whatcom County
i grant of $65,794.28, to be used by June 30, 1985; and
iHEREAS, a total of $11,211.00 will be expended in fiscal year 1984;
JOW THEREFORE LET IT BE ORDAINED, that the following revised budget is
iereby approved for the 1984 Current Expense Fund, Prosecuting Attorney
3udget therein;
LND LET IT BE FURTHER ORDAINED that any employees hired under this ordinance
Shall be temporary employees whose tenure shall not exceed the period of the
grant revenue supplied for this project by the State of Washington;
