AN ORDINANCE TO AUTHORIZE A REVISED
6 BUDGET FOR THE CURRENT EXPENSE
FUND, NON - DEPARTMENTAL ANIMAL
7 CONTROL BUDGET THEREIN

WHEREAS, the current Animal Control Budget for 1984 provides for nine (9)
9 months of service; and
10 WHEREAS, the remaining three (3) months of service must be contracted for;
and
11
WHEREAS, the County Council has determined it in the best interest of the
12 County to separate large and small animal enforcement; and
13 WHEREAS, funding must be made available to provide these services for the
remainder of the year:

NOW THEREFORE LET IT BE ORDAINED that the following revisions are hereby
15 approved for the 1984 Current Expense Budget Fund, Non - Departmental Animal
Control Budget therein:
