ORDINANCE NO. 84-70
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET TO THE
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND 1984 BUILDINGS AND CODE BUDGET FOR
THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FOR ADVERTISEMENT OF THE TEXT
OF ORDINANCES ADOPTING THE 1982 CONSTRUCTION CODE
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the County to publish the full text of
the adopting ordinances for the Building, Plumbing and Mechanical Codes; and
WHEREAS, the cost of publication will exceed the amount of funds budgeted
in the Current Expense Fund 1984 Buildings and Code budget;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Current Expense Fund 1984
Buildings and Code budget is hereby supplemented as follows:
001-000-001-501-00-00-00 Ending Fund Balance
$2,000.00
Expenditures
001- 000 - 471 - 524- 20 -34 -00 Advertising $2,000.00
