ORDINANCE NO. 84-68
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A REVISED BUDGET FOR THE 1984
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND, SUPERIOR COURT BUDGET THEREIN
WHEREAS, The Forty- Eighth Legislature of the State of
Washington passed into law, Senate Bill 3208, Chapter 64, Laws
of 1984; and
WHEREAS, that law mandates an increase in Superior Court
Judges' salaries effective July 1, 1984; and
WHEREAS, Whatcom County is responsible for paying one -half of
those salaries;
NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE ORDAINED, the following revisions are
hereby approved for the 1984 Current Expense Fund, Superior
Court Budget therein:
1984 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
001 - 000 -025
OFFSETTING REVISION:
501 Ending Fund Balance ($11,475.00)
EXPENDITURE REVISION:
310 - 512- 20 -11 -01 Judges
$11,475.00
