ORDINANCE NO. 84 -67
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A REVISED BUDGET FOR THE
1984 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND, DISTRICT COURT BUDGET THEREIN
WHEREAS, the Forty- Eighth Legislature of the State of Washington passed
into law, Senate Bill 3208, Chapter 64, Laws of 1984; and
WHEREAS, that law mandates an increase in Superior Court Judges' salaries
effective July 1984; and
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 3.58.010 ties District Court Judges' salaries to 90% of
Superior Court Judges' salaries; and
WHEREAS, District Court Judges' salaries and fringe benefits costs are
entirely borne by the County;
NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE ORDAINED, the following revisions are hereby
approved for the 1984 Current Expense Fund, District Court Budget
therein:
