ORDINANCE NO. 84 -65
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A REVISED BUDGET FOR THE
1984 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND, SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT BUDGET THEREIN
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Sheriff's Department has conducted
sales of unclaimed property; and
WHEREAS, the Sheriff's Department incurred overtime salary and
fringe benefit costs associated with the last sale; and
WHEREAS, the Sheriff's Department has additional expenditure
needs for evidence related items;
NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE ORDAINED the following revised budget
is hereby approved for the Current Expense Fund, Sheriff's
Department Budget therein:
