ORDINANCE NO. 84 -56
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENTAL
BUDGET FOR THE WHATCOM COUNTY ROAD
FUND 1984 BUDGET.
WHEREAS, Whatcom County Resolution 84 -8 authorizes the County Executive
to execute an agreement between the Washington State Community Economic
RevitalizationBoard and Whatcom County for aid in financing the costs of public
facilities as described in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the financial aid consists of a loan of $450,000 which shall
be deposited to a special Whatcom County fund entitled Community Economic
Revitalization Board (CERB) Fund, and
WHEREAS, the costs for the project shall be expended from the Whatcom
County Road Fund as authorized by Resolution No. -84- 20, amending the officially
adopted annual road program; and
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Road Fund shall be fully reimbursed for all
project costs from the Community Economic Revitalization Board (CERB) Fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Whatcom County Road Fund 1984
budget be supplemented as follows:

T6 -9--g 00 -01 Other Miscellaneous Revenue (CERB) $4509000.00
EXPENDITURES
541-00- - Road and Street Construction $450,000.00
