AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE A REVISED BUDGET FOR THE 1984
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND, NON- DEPARTMENTAL
DUES BUDGET THEREIN
WHEREAS, Whatcom County is member in good standing of both the
Washington State Association of Counties (WSAC) and the
National Association of Counties (NACO); and
WHEREAS, the NACO Annual Conference will be held in Seattle,
Washington July 7 -10, 1984 and will be hosted by King County
with support from WSAC; and
WHEREAS, the WSAC has assessed a 10% surcharge based on 1983
dues in order to defray expenses for hosting the Annual
Conference; and
WHEREAS, the WSAC has requested Whatcom County to join with
it's sister counties in making a state -wide commitment to
support the hosting of the Annual Conference;
NOW, THEREFORE, LET IT BE ORDAINED the 1984 Current Expense
Fund, Non - Departmental, Dues Budget therein, be revised as
follows:

NON- DEPARTMENTAL, DUES BUDGET
