ORDINANCE NO. 84 -4
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A REVISED BUDGET
FOR THE 1984 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
PROSECUTING ATTORNEY THEREIN
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Prosecuting Attorney's office will
provide a full -time Civil Counsel to serve the County Council,
and
WHEREAS, a reimbursable contract between the Prosecuting
Attorney and the Attorney General of the State of Washington
.regarding the 4/D program for non - support payments will provide
heretofore unanticipated revenues to offset increased
expenditures, and
WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney has requested a budget
revision to incorporate the above - mentioned changes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the following revised budget for
the 1984 Current Expense Fund, Prosecuting Attorney Budget
therein, is hereby approved as follows:
