ORDINANCE NO.$4 -43
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 80 -57
(PUBLIC OFFICIAL BONDS) FOR THE.PURPOSE OF
ESTABLISHING THE BONDING OF THE POSITION
OF FINANCE DIRECTOR.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 80 -57 set the levels of public
official bonds for certain elected officials and employees of
Whatcom County; and,
WHEREAS, Whatcom County has created the position of Finance
Director subsequent to the enactment of Ordinance No. 80 -57;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 80 -57 be and hereby is amended to add the following:
FINANCE DIRECTOR 22,500.00
