5 ORDINANCE NO. 84 -26
6 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A REVISED BUDGET
TO THE 1984 CURRENT EXPENSA FUND SHERIFF
7 BUDGET THEREIN
8 WHEREAS, a contract has been signed between Seattle City
9 Light and Whatcom County whereby the County will continue to
10 furnish law enforcement personnel at the company's site in Western
11 Whatcom County; and,
12 WHEREAS, during the period the foregoing contract was
13 being negotiated, payments became due from the County to the
14 company for house rental and utilities for the Sheriff's deput;r.
15 stationed at the site; and,
16 WHEREAS, sufficient funds do exist in the Ending Fund
17 Balance to provide for a revised budget to make said payments;
18 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the following Revised
19 Budget is hereby approved for the 1984 Current Expense Fund, Sherifi
20 Budget therein:
21 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
SHERIFF BUDGET
22 001- 000 -022
23 REVENUE:
24 501 Ending Fund Balance ($6,485.)
EXPENDITURE:

521- 22 -37 -01 O.B. - Seattle City Light $1,290.

27 521- 22 -39 -01 O.B. - Seattle City Light Rental $5,195.
