CURRENT EEPEHEE FUND, DISTRICT COURT
BUDGET T99rdam
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County District Court appropriation for jury and witness
fees is currently $24,175; and,
WHEREAS, the amount required to complete the year will more than likely exceed
that appropriation; and,
WHEREAS, the District Court must continue to operate in an efficient and
effective manner;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, the 1985 Current Expense Fund, District Court
budget therein is hereby revised as follows:
1985 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND,
DISTRICT COURT BUDGET
00120 -501 Ending Fund Balance $ 6,000.00
APPROPRIATION ENHANCEMENT:
00130 - 512- 40 -49 -02 Miscellaneous $ 6,000.00
