AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE
THE 1985 !FATAL HEALTH FUND
BUDGET
WHEREAS, the 1985 Mental Health Fund budget did not anticipate the full extent
of the Involuntary Commitment program activity; and,
WHEREAS, the 1985 Mental Health budget has to be reformulated in response to
the new funding and program commitments made for the State's new biennium
beginning July 1, 1985; and,
WHEREAS, an additional appropriation is necessary to pay the Mental Health
Department staff through the end of the year;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, the 1985 Mental Health Fund budget is hereby
revised as follows:
