ORDINANCE NO. 85 -84
AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE
1985 CUHRENT.EXPENSE FUND,
JAIL'S BUDGET THEREIN
WHEREAS, the 1985 Whatcom County Jail budget anticipated $173,237 in payment
to the Building Maintenance Fund for reimbursement for actual costs incurred;
and,
WHEREAS, the actual amount of costs for utilities exceeds the original
estimate by over $81,000; and,
WHEREAS, the County must budget for the total operational costs of the new
Jail facility; !
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, the 1985 Current Expense Fund, Jail's budget
is hereby revised as follows:
