ORDINANCE NO. 85 -81,
AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE
1985 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND, COUNTY
EXECUTIVE'S BUDGET THEREIN
WHEREAS, the 1985 Current Expense Fund Appropriation did not anticipate the
payment of registered warrant interest; and,
WHEREAS, the Current Expense Fund does not have sufficient cash flow to
prevent registering warrants; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation must be made for the County to meet its legal
obligations in payment of interest on registered warrants;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, the 1985 Current Expense Fund, County
Executive's Budget therein is hereby revised as follows:
1985 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
EXECUTIVE'S BUDGET
RESOURCES:
00120.501.00 00 Ending Fund Balance $ 3,500.00
APPROPRIATION ENHANCEMENT:
00121.519.31.81.0000 Warrant Interest $ 3,500.00
