ORDINANCE NO. 85 -76
All EMERGENCY ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE
1985 MENTAL HEALTH POND BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Mental Health Fund budget for 1985 contains an appropriation for
six months of service under the Children's Hospital Alternative Program
(CHAP); and,
WHEREAS, the service is being continued under the State's funding for the
current biennium; and,
WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the County to continue this program financed
through State flow- through dollars:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, the 1985 Mental Health Fund Budget is hereby
revised as follows:
1985 MENTAL HEALTH FUND BUDGET
RESOURCES:
10400- 334 -64 -00 -1100 State Grant /CCSNW
$49,087.00
APPROPRIATION ENHANCEMENT:
10410 - 564- 66 -41 -11 Residental (CCSNW) CHAP 49,087.00
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that the Whatcom County Council finds that this
ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,
health, safety and /or support of County government. This ordinance shall take
effect immediately upon approval by the County Executive.
