ORDINANCE NO. 85 -64
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A REVISED 1985 BUDGET
FOR THE SEWER CONSTRUCTION FUND, FOR THE
PURPOSE OF PROVIDING FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT
PLANT ENGINEERING. -
WHEREAS, The Whatcom County Council did, on June 6, 1985, authorize the
County Executive to sign an amendment to a contractual agreement between Whatcom
County and Harper -Owes, for engineering consulting services on. the Ferndale
wastewater treatment plant upgrade; and,
WHEREAS, that amendment did increase the County's contractual obliga-
tion to the consultant by $11U,000; and,
WHEREAS, the 1985 Sewer Construction Fund budget, as adopted, contained
insufficient appropriation authority for this expenditure;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Sewer Construction Fund 1985
budget be amended as follows:
