ORDINANCE NO. 85 -58
AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE
1985 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND,
PURCHASING DEPARTMENT BUDGET
THEREIN
VHEREAS, the. Lake Whatcom Restoration Project is into its third and final
year; and
VHBRRAS, this project has been financed by a grant from the Washington State
Department of Ecology, and local cash and in kind contributions; and
UHKREAS, the amounts necessary to complete the project were in question while
preparing the 1985 budget; and
WHEREAS, a state Departmental audit has been conducted and has determined the
resources necessary and available to complete the project; and
VHKREAS, no change in the overall financing for the project is necessary:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, that the 1985 Current Expense Fund, Purchasing
Department Budget therein, is hereby revised as follows:
1985 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND
PURCHASING DEPARTMENT BUDGET
RESOURCES:
00120 -501 ENDING FUND BALANCE $ 4,195.00
00120 - 334 -30 -10 DOE GRANT /LK WHATCOM RESTORATION 18,021.00
SUBTOTAL RESOURCES: $22,216.00
APPROPRIATION ENHANCEMENTS:
00280 - 531 -70 -41 PROFESSIONAL SERVICES $22,216.00
