All ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING
A REVOLVING FOND FOR THE WHATCOM COUNTY
COONT>< AUDITORS OFFICE
WHEREAS, a resolution passed on March 22, 1960 initially established th,
current county Auditor's Revolving account; and
WHEREAS, the amount was established at $300; and
WHEREAS, the State Examiner has recommended the amount be increased; and
WHEREAS, NSF checks for license renewals can cause a negative balanc
approaching $500:
NOW THEREFORE, HE IT ORDAINED, that the County Auditor's Revolving Fund i
hereby established in the amount of $800.00; and
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, the custodian(s) of the Fund shall be the Count
Auditor and his /her designee(s).
