AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE 1985
CURRENT EXPENSE FUND ASSIGNED COUNSEL
BUDGET THEREIN
WHEREAS, the 1985 Assigned Counsel Budget anticipates a transition to
supervision by the Executive Office effective July 1, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the incumbent Assigned Counsel has tendered his resignation effective
July 31, 1985; and
WHEREAS, automation of the recoupment program will be a high priority for the
newly organized office;
NOW THEREFORE LET IT BE ORDAINED, that the following revisions to the Assigned
Counsel Budget therein are hereby approved:
