ORDINANCE AMENDING WHATCOM COUNTY
CODE CHAPTER 20.80 REGARDING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE GUIDE MERIDIAN IMPROVEMENT
PLAN.
WHEREAS, Whatcom County has approved a new control
ordinance for the Guide Meridian property between Horton and
Kellogg roads; and
WHEREAS, these new controls have an impact on the
existing rules; and
WHEREAS, the public should be directed to these new
controls; -
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that Section 20.80.210
shall be amended by adding a new section as follows:
20.80.210 MINIMUM BUILDING SETBACKS
Properties which are aenerally located on the Guide Meridian
between Horton and Kellogg roads, and specifically identified
in the Guide Meridian Improvement Plan, shall be subject to the
provisions of said plan. The provisions of said plan shall
supersede this chapter where there is inconsistency.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that unless it is specifically
mentioned herein, all other terms and conditions of Section
20.80.210 shall remain in full force and effect.
