AM ORDIMCE TO REVISE THE
1985 PARES ABD RECMMTION FOND,
SENIOR SERVICB3 BUD= THRFaaN
WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Park Department submitted a supplemental budget
request earlier this year in order to accomplish the Senior Services
Administration move to the Bellingham Senior Center; and
WHEREAS, the County Finance Committee requested the Department to explore the
cost effectiveness of outright purchase of phone equipment; and
WHEREAS, the Department found that outright purchase of equipment will pay for
the leasing option in fourteen (14) months; and
WHEREAS, it is in the County's interest to make the outright purchase;
NOW THEREFORE LET IT BE ORDAINED, that the following revised budget for the
1985 Parks and Recreation Fund, Senior Services Budget therein is hereby
approved:
