WHEREAS, the Whatcom County Developmental Disabilities program has unexpended
expenditure authority from the State DSHS contract for the third quarter; and
WHEREAS, approval has been given by the State to reprogram that expenditure
authority in the fourth quarter; and
WHEREAS, the County will be reimbursed for the expenditures made; and
WHEREAS, an additional amount is available in fund balance for administrative
purposes:
NOW THEREFORE LET IT BE ORDAINED, that the following revisions to the 1985
Developmental Disabilities Fund budget are hereby approved:
