WHEREAS, the 1985 Parks and Recreation Fund budget for Senior Services
envisioned closure of the. County Senior Services central offices at 200 East
Chestnut in Bellingham; and
WHEREAS, the facility presently houses the Specialized Transportation Program,
Information and Assistance /Case Management Program and Senior Services Admin-
istration; and
WHEREAS, these programs can be moved to the Bellingham Senior Center; and
WHEREAS, in order to accommodate the programs the Center will require
remodeling; and
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to authorize the payment for completion
of the remodel;
NOW "THEREFORE LET IT BE ORDAINED, that the following revisions to the 1985
Parks and Recreation Fund, Senior Services Budget therein, are hereby
approved:
