ORDINANCE NO. 85 -9
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A REVISED 1985 BUDGET FOR THE
NOR -BELL NURSING HOME FUND FOR THE PURPOSE OF RECEIVING
AND DISBURSING A STATE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOP-
MENT GRANT FOR A PORTION OF SEWER FACILITY COSTS OF THE
NOR -BELL NURSING HOME.
WHEREAS, the State Department of Community Development has made
available grant funds in the amount of $81,350 to the Nor -Bell Nursing Home for
that entity's portion of project costs for the construction of wastewater dispo-
sal facilities by Whatcom County; and
WHEREAS, provision for the receipt of these grant funds from the State,
and their subsequent disbursement to the Sewer Construction Fund, were not pro-
vided for in the 1985 Whatcom County budget as adopted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Nor -Bell Nursing Home 1985
budget be amended as follows:

The following corrections should be made to the assessment roll book for the sub-
ject R.I.D.:
1) Parcel No. 82 should not be assessed.
Parcel No. 82 is tied with Parcel No. 81 under a single ownership,
totaling one buildable lot. As such, the $159.00 assessed to Parcel
No. 81 is sufficient.
2) Parcel No. 194 should not be assessed.
Parcel No. 194 is tied with Parcel No. 107 under a single ownership,
totaling one buildable lot. As such, the $159.00 assessed to Parcel
No. 107 is sufficient.
3) Parcel No. 324 should not be assessed.
Parcel No. 324 is tied with Parcel No. 297 under a single ownership,
totaling one buildable lot. As such, the $159.00 assessed to Parcel
No. 297 is sufficient.
Attached are copies of the three affected parcel's assessment roll sheets. Also
attached is a corrected R.I.D. No. 6 cost summary sheet reflecting the change
from 341 to 338 total lots being assessed.
