ORDINANCE NO. 85 -8
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A REVISED BUDGET
FOR THE 1985 M MTAL HEALTH FOND BUDGET
WHEREAS, the 1985 Mental Health Fund Budget must provide for the payment of an
old IBM bill; and
WHEREAS, the State Examiner has requested that all old bills be paid through a
specific line -item appropriation; and
WHEREAS, this old bill derives from computer equipment purchased in 1983 when
the vendor failed initially to send an invoice, then did send a refund in
1984; and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the County to pay all valid bills in a timely
basis;
NOW THEREFORE LET IT BE ORDAINED, that the following revised budget is hereby
approved for the 1985 Mental Health Fund:
1985 MENTAL HEALTH FUND
301 ENDING FUND BALANCE ($903.00)
APPROPRIATION ENHANCEMENT:
10401 - 564 -11 -64 -0100 OLD BILL /IBM CORPORATION $903.00
