ORDINANCE NO. 86 -102
AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE
1986 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND,
PERSONNEL BUDGET THEREIN
WHEREAS, the County Personnel Department has incurred obligations
that exceed the available appropriation; and,
WHEREAS, advertising, professional services and miscellaneous
expenses result from arbitration and hiring costs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the 1986 Current Expense Fund,
Personnel budget therein, is hereby revised as follows:

00120 - 501.00.00 Ending Fund Balance $2,500
Appropriation Enhancements:
00240 - 516.10.41 Professional Services $ 400
43 Travel 110
44 Advertising 1,200
49 Miscellaneous 790
TOTAL T2,500
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, an emergency does exist and this ordinance
shall become effective immediately upon passage and approval by
the Executive; further the Whatcom County Council finds that the
Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of public
peace, health, safety and /or support of the County government.
