AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE 1986
6 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND,
EXECUTIVE BUDGET THEREIN

8 WHEREAS, the 1986 appropriation for professional services in the
Assigned Counsel portion of the Executive budget is insufficient
g to honor the obligations to be incurred during the year; and,
10 WHEREAS, court referrals to private counsel resulting from the
Public Defender case overload and higher than anticipated guardian
11 ad litem billings require additional appropriation authority; and,
12 WHEREAS, the County must honor its contractual obligations;
13. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED the 1986 Current Expense Fund,
Executive budget therein, is hereby revised as follows:
