6 AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE 1986
CURRENT EXPENSE FUNDo JAIL
7 BUDGET THEREIN
8 WHEREAS, Whatcom County has received a refund check from Pacific
9 Northwest Bell (PNB) for nonexistent lines that were being billed
in the amount of $1,048; and,
10 WHEREAS, the County jail is having fourteen (14) new lines
11 installed for communication with the Public Defender's office;
and,
12 WHEREAS, the charges for these new lines must be provided for;
13_ NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED the 1986 Current Expense Fund, Jail
14 budget therein is hereby revised as follows:

16 00120- 501.00.00.0000 Ending Fund Balance $1,048
17 Appropriation Enhancement:
00180 - 523.60.42.0000 Communications $1,048
