ORDINANCE NO. 86 -77
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE
85 -93 TO ESTABLISH A MINIMUM FUND
BALANCE FOR THE PHYSICAL PLANT AND
CAPITAL FACILITIES FUND
WHEREAS, Ordinance 85 -93 establishes the Physical Plant and
Capital Facilities Fund; and,
WHEREAS, Section 3 requires annual transfers equivalent to 2% of
the external revenues of the Current Expense Fund; and,
WHEREAS, County services will have to be cut in order to meet the
requirement; and,
WHEREAS, a minimum fund balance will be sufficient to ensure
adequate capital financing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that Ordinance 85 -93 is hereby
amended as follows:

3. After 1986, the County will maintain a minimum of
$200,000 in beginning fund balance and will replenish the
fund when necessary to keep at least that amount available.
