ORDINANCE NO. 86 -76
AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE
1986 FEDERAL SHARED REVENUE FUND,
ANIMAL CONTROL BUDGET THEREIN
WHEREAS, the 1986 appropriation for animal control services is
$79,400; and,
WHEREAS, the contract for animal control services requires a
maximum of $99,500; and,
WHEREAS, the County must honor the existing contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the 1986 Federal Shared
Revenue Fund, Animal Control budget therein is hereby revised as
follows:

19900- 291.80 Estimated Ending Fund Balance $20,100
Appropriation Enhancement:
19952 - 539.30.41 Professional Services $20,100
