ORDINANCE NO. 86 -73
AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE 1986
BUDGETS FOR THE COUNTY PARK FUND
AND THE PARK ACQUISITION AND
IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE
PURPOSE OF PAYING THE
INTERURBAN TRAIL
SETTLEMENT
WHEREAS, the interurban trail settlement requires principal and
interest payments totaling $53,814 over the next four years; and,
WHEREAS, early payoff of this obligation will save the Parks
Department about $6,904 in interest payments at the 10% rate; and,
WHEREAS, the concerned parties have agreed to the early payoff;
and,
WHEREAS, it is in the County's benefit to pay the obligation in
its entirety in 1986;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, the 1986 County Park Fund and Park
Acquisition and Improvement Fund are hereby revised as follows:

10600 - 501.00 Ending Fund Balance $7,500
30300 - 501.00 Ending Fund Balance 41,000
Appropriation Enhancements:
10600 - 594.76.61 Land Acquisition $7,500
30300- 594.76.61 Land Acquisition 41,000
