ORDINANCE NO. 86 -67
AN ORDINANCE TO REVISE THE
1986 CURRENT EXPENSE FUND,
PERSONNEL BUDGET THEREIN
WHEREAS, the 1986 expenses related to Personnel professional
services will exceed that projected in the budget; and,
WHEREAS, these expenses result from unanticipated costs associated
with binding arbitration with the union representing the Sheriff's
Deputies as well as professional services to assist the County in
its upcoming labor negotiations; and,
WHEREAS, it is important that the County obtain adequate
professional assistance in conducting these activities;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, the 1986 Current Expense Fund,
Personnel budget therein is hereby revised as follows:
